Game Ten: An Old “Friend”
The Yankees enter their home series against the Twins tonight facing an old friend. Despite being with the Yankee organization for four years, Carl Pavano might not be too familiar of a face. In his time with the Bombers, he gave them only 145.2 innings and a 5.00 ERA all for the low price of $38 million. Since he left the Yankees, he’s thrown the twelfth most innings for starting pitchers, and pitched above average. For more information on what he throws, how he throws it, where he throws it, and when he throws it, check out our scouting report. For more information on what the Twins have been up to, check out Matt’s series preview. Behind Freddy Garcia, the Yankees look to start the four game series with a win from their 5th starter.

Most poker sites open to US players also provide online casinos accepting USA players. A good example of this is BetOnline.com, where you can play 3D casino games, bet on sports or play poker from anywhere in the United States.

It’s sad how far Mauer and Morneau have fallen.
Jeter HR. He is pounding the ball.
Back to back.
3-2 Yanks after 1. Garcia gets a new start.
Garcia settling down. Let’s see how long he can go.
After two bad starts by Garcia, not a peep. After one bad start by Hughes (after one decent one), a lot of folks here and elsewhere want him sent to the BP (or worse), despite his stuff being very good.
Garcia is still the guy that was pretty bad from 07-10. I’m not saying he won’t turn it around, but I do believe it’s more likely Hughes will than him.
I can see that.
I think some people are just tired of waiting for Hughes to put it together.
Well, Freddie didn’t get on too well. This has been dreary, indeed, watching Pavano slither by.
But in our darkest hour, a light! Curtis’ catch was quite a snag, his run was long, and the last 5 paces were on nitro. So glad he and Brett can cooperate, not smashing and not hesitating.
who turned the light out? 7 – 3, in the 7th? eww
Dreary game. I hate it when they don’t hit.
My PC is constipated. squeezed this out.
Gotta go,see ya!
